Staying Healthy! The Old-Fashioned Way! A Self-Help Guide for Home Remedies! Julie was in panic mode. The thing of it is that she knew she was stressing out. Her car had picked up a nail or something on the way home from work and had flat tire, her husband is out of town on business, it was after midnight and it seemed like her only alternative would be to call 911. Extreme? Well, it depends on your point of view. But what is a young mother to do? Her baby was screaming her head off and grabbing her ears. It was pretty obvious that the baby had an earache. But Julie little to no experience as a mother and she was in that stressed out position where she just didn’t know which was up. Now, luckily Julie called her mom who was three states away and got the direction she needed. She discovered that there is a simple home remedy that would ease the pain in the baby’s ears and allow him to rest until the next day when everything could be handled. Have you or a loved one ever experienced a similar situation? Even veteran moms don’t always have all the answers. If any part of this is familiar read on. As we grow and mature, acquiring families of our own, we pick up titbits of information along the way like Julie did from her mom. She discovered that warming a small amount of olive or mineral oil and dropping it into baby’s ears will alleviate the pain. Who knew? Well, mom knew. Sadly, we don’t all have a mom available to us. Wouldn’t it be helpful to have someone close at hand that could tell us about these little bits of valuable information? Well, you may be surprised to learn that you can have that right at your fingertips. Eliminate the doubt and get the quick answers you need about what to do about minor ailments. The answer isn’t always another trip to the store where you are faced with a gazillion choices of everything short of surgery for curing a simple cough or calming the stomach. For every simple malady there are a dozen or more so-called cure-alls, when all you really need is a little common sense. Long before there were big pharmaceutical firms all vying for your dollars, there were home remedies. If you want to see a real eye opener price all the extra OTC (over the counter) meds you have in your medicine cabinet. Or maybe you shouldn’t because it could be hazardous to your common sense. Yes, there is a place for the OTC stuff – in moderation. WE are talking about hundreds of dollars of cure-alls that promise relief and don’t always deliver. For most of these ailments there is a home remedy available and usually from as near as your kitchen cupboards and you can learn how they can help you with little to no cost at all.

Well, you can find the answers to many minor maladies in the guide written by our author, Robert Wisner. He found himself buying the same stuff over and over to do the same job and never found it helpful. So, he dug into his roots from back on the farm and came up with a guide of some of the things his mom used to do to treat minor ailments for him and his siblings. Simple stuff. Not brain surgery. Just home remedies that really work. He calls it, “Staying Healthy The Old-Fashioned Way - A Self-Help Guide for Home Remedies.” Long title, short read on everything you wish you knew about home remedies. The guide is: • A very simple read. • It gives you recipes for the basic remedies you need to know. • You can put it to work right away. • It is a bargain and well worth the small price. What will you learn...? - Learn about how to fight anxiety naturally - Find out how to find a natural treatment for cholesterol - Discover numerous tips for dealing with the common cold - How deal with high blood pressure - Using various methods to treat knee pain - Implementing steps to treating gout - Selecting the right cure for sunburn - And much, much more Things are much different today than when we were kids. Even as recently as the previous generation we had a better handle on how to be self-sufficient. In today’s instant society we think we need to take another pill to cure whatever ails us. Take control of one segment of your life and don’t get caught short like Julie did. You can do that with “Staying Healthy The Old-Fashioned Way - A Self-Help Guide for Home Remedies”
